Sylvain Bogensberger’s practice is mostly devoted to estate planning and inheritance law matters (frequently representing clients in national and international cases), tax law (litigation and negotiations with the authorities), administrative law, family law and immigration law.

Furthermore, he regularly advises clients in corporate and contract law matters, in particular in the Yacht industry and dental field. He also practices sport’s law and frequently acts as an ad hoc clerk with the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.

After being admitted to the Geneva bar in 1999, he worked for the Legal Department of the Geneva tax authority (1999-2001) and for the tax department of a leading Swiss law firm (2002-2003). He joined de Pfyffer|Avocats in July 2004 following a language training course in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
