Trainees
We have a team of three to six trainee lawyers. Holding a law degree or Bachelor and Master in law, and now graduates of the new Geneva prep school for lawyers ECAV, the trainee lawyers work in this capacity for a sixteen months or two-year training period following which they take the Bar exams for their final qualification as lawyers. They provide legal advice and Court representation under our responsibility.
Some of our trainees have undertaken assistantship at university or have a further degree or specific academic or linguistic qualifications. The trainees undertake legal research assignments, as well as drafting and representation at Court hearings. They also do legal aid and assist us with our clients in most aspects of our work.
